Allen joined FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc. in February of 1999, coming from a traditional Raleigh Real Estate firm. Having worked in Management of a service business for 20 years prior to entering Real Estate, he felt that serving home buyers exclusively, better met his desire to help and serve others.
In 2002 Allen assumed the duties of Broker-In-Charge and is responsible for managing day to day operations of FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc. in addition to serving his own Buyer Clients. With Allen’s previous managerial experience he became quite adept at multi tasking.
Allen is a native Raleigh-ite (which is hard to find) and is very familiar with all of the surrounding communities, since he has participated in many of their activities during his former employment. He is married and has a grown son who is interested in cars and repairing them.
Allen is our “high tech” agent and “has computer, will travel”. If you speak computer-ese then you will enjoy an agent with whom you can communicate!
Other interests include cooking for large groups, restoring old cars and landscaping. His advice on landscaping will come in very handy during your home purchase process.

Ann started FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc, in 1991 after having worked as a traditional agent since 1987. Buyer representation was spreading in popularity and Ann’s discomfort with being legally responsible to the seller while working with buyers, prompted her to open the first Exclusive Buyer’s only real estate agency in Wake County North Carolina. This move allowed FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc. to legally represent Buyer’s Only and never take listings from Sellers. It also meant she would never be caught in a conflict of interest situation because she was acting as her buyer’s Raleigh Real Estate Exclusive Buyer Agent.
Accustomed to caring for and about people as a Registered Nurse, Ann has carried this commitment over into her Real Estate business. She insists that every client receive the very best service possible from every one associated with F OR HomeBUYERS, Inc.
At present she is semi-retired and handles all the marketing for the business. She is still very involved in monitoring the quality of service provided to FOR HomeBUYERS’ clients. She is particularly concerned that every client feels that the best possible representation and service was provided and that their home buying experience was a positive one.
