Allen joined FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc. in February of 1999, coming from a traditional Real Estate firm. Having worked in Management for a major corporation in the service industry for 20 years prior to entering Real Estate, he felt that serving home buyers exclusively, better met his desire to help and serve others.

In 2004, Allen assumed the duties of Broker-in-Charge of FOR HomeBUYERS, Inc. and supervises all agents associated with the company to assure everyone is adhering to the real estate regulations.

Allen is a native Raleigh-ite, which is hard to find these days with so much migration to the Triangle of North Carolina. He is very familiar with all of the surrounding communities, since he has participated in many of their activities during his former employment with the McDonalds Corporation. He is married and has a teen age son who is "keeping Allen on his toes."

He is our "high tech" agent and "has computer, will travel". If you speak computer-eeze then you will enjoy an agent with whom you can communicate!

Other interests include cooking for large groups, restoring old cars and landscaping. His advice on landscaping will come in very handy during your home purchase process.
